We are looking for a candidate to assist with daily office activities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Pulling reports within our work order system for vendor compliance data Contacting vendors for updated insurance and tax documents to keep on file Scan and organize documents Assistance with mail and shipments Assistance with filing and organizing Additional office assistance or errands as needed Role Requirements:
This role includes a lot of administrative work.
Candidates must be proficient in all Microsoft programs.
Must have wifi and a personal computer.
Great communication Great organization Ability to provide suggestions or recommendations with filing and organizing Hours & compensation:
$20 per hour, 10-15 hours per week Approximately 50% of the workload can be done remotely Work hours can be flexible, but typically within the 9-5 business day.
