Port A Bowl Restroom Company has been a leading provider in the temporary sanitation industry for more than 30 years.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is essential to providing excellent customer service experiences to all recurring and potential customers.
Hours of Operation:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9am - 5pm.
Remote work is not available at this time.
Will consider part-time applicants.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.
Answers phones (in-bound calls) in a timely manner (no more than 2 rings) to determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
2.
Interfaces with customers to take sales orders and create additional selling opportunities on the company's multiple product lines.
Answers customer questions about products and services and resolve questions and complaints.
Provides product pricing, information, process orders, and prepare tickets.
3.
Inputs data correctly for setting up new customers, generating work orders, and invoicing.
4.
Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments (Operations including drivers & dispatchers, Sales, etc.
) 5.
Sets up new accounts, maintains records, and performs miscellaneous related clerical duties.
6.
Special projects as assigned by the department manager.
EDUCATION &
Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 2
years experience in customer service Additional skills:
excellent oral communication & listening skills; excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills; strong PC proficiency (Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
